Nine area high school football teams will be advancing to the Michigan High School Athletic Association playoffs.
The MHSAA posted playoff points earlier in today (Sunday) and the top 32 points in each division get the playoff position.
Jackson performed dismally and that he compiled a 4-5 record that placed him in the 32 nd position in Division 3.
Western is 16th on Division 4 level and this season they have played 6 games winning 3 of them.
Lumen Christi bumped up to Division 6 this year and is the second seed in its district play-off.
Division 7 could have an intriguing district – Cascades Conference 2 – with Hanover Horton ranked 9, Leslie ranked 14, and Napoleon ranked 17 out of 32.
Manchester (12), Springport (17), and Addison (28) can also be grouped as a local district.
The MHSAA will show the pairings today at 4:30 p.m. on channel 31.
