Recently Chris Martin, lead singer of Coldplay, had an accident during a concert in Australia. He tripped a trap door on the stage and the whole episode was recorded. The video has since found its way onto the social media platforms.

Coldplay front man Chris Martin was recently involved in a stage scare when he almost fell off the stage.
Of the four sold-out performances at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, after completing the fourth, Martin was telling the crowd colourful tales of their Music of the Spheres World Tour when he tumbled through an open trap door.
A fan who shot the video of the incident wrote on X, “The moment Chris Martin fell through a trap door right in front of me at the #Coldplay concert tonight.”
Martin told the audience: “That’s not planned!” He quipped, “Holy, that was almost a YouTube worthy commercial break.” as cited by People magazine.
Coldplay organized an extensive global tour that started in March 2022 and currently, the band is planned to perform in Wembley Stadium in London for 10 days in September 2025. Martin and guitarist Jonny Buckland and the rest of Coldplay – bassist Guy Berryman and drummer Will Champion – will fly to Sydney after their final show in Melbourne for the Australian tour before heading to New Zealand.
The rock band is also ready to drop new music. The group released its 10th studio album, Moon Music, and its single “feelslikeimfallinginlove” in June, said the People.
